Welcome to PrepVerse. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) represent a legally binding agreement between you and Diksuchi EduLabs Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the PrepVerse platform website, applications, AI mock assessment software, and associated preparation services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility & Account Security
To use the Platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You represent that all registration profile information you submit is truthful, complete, and accurate.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password) and for all actions taken under your account.
- You agree to immediately notify us at support@diksuchiedtech.in of any unauthorized access to your account.
2. Acceptable Use and Plagiarism Policy
PrepVerse is designed to evaluate and train placement capabilities honestly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with proctoring mechanisms, audio validation scripts, tab-lock controls, or camera validations.
- Submitting plagiarized, AI-generated, or third-party code solutions in test environments to skew rankings.
- Using any automated system, including web scrapers, spiders, or API bots, to harvest mock questions, test questions, or resume templates from the Platform.
- Sharing single user subscription access with multiple candidates, or selling license keys.
Note: Any account found violating proctoring policies or acceptable use rules is subject to immediate suspension or termination without refund.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, algorithms, functionality, mock interview templates, resume score weights, question banks, graphic designs, audio assets, and trademarks on the Platform are owned, controlled, or licensed by Diksuchi EduLabs Private Limited, and are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and patent laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for your personal placement preparation.
4. Fees, Subscriptions & Razorpay Transactions
All subscription plans, mock tokens, and service packages listed on PrepVerse are subject to terms of pricing and payment:
- Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. You agree to pay the standard applicable price for the selected plan plus applicable GST.
- All billing and subscription cycles automatically renew or expire according to the chosen package duration (e.g. 1 month, 3 months, 1 year).
- Refunds are governed separately by our dedicated Refund Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no guarantees that mock scores or interview feedback translate directly to final career placement or employment offers with recruiters. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diksuchi EduLabs Private Limited disclaims all warranties, and we shall not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your usage of the Platform.
